As one of three managing partners for Dimension Development Partners, LLC, Leon Novak is responsible for alliance relationships with financial partners and individual investors.  Leon is also a founder and partner of The Trilogy Group, LLC, a retail brokerage firm affiliated with Dimension, and served on the advisory board of BB&T Bank for 14 years until mandatory retirement age of 70, when he was named Board Member Emeritus.

Leon’s efforts ensure responsive operations and enable the company to move aggressively, accelerating clients’ speed to market. Known as an industry pioneer and self-starter, he has been active in both the local and national real estate markets for the past four decades. With a reputation as an honest “people-person” and dealmaker, he has a proven track record of performance.  

Prior to Dimension and Trilogy, Leon was the principal broker for Novak & Associates, Inc., a full-service real estate brokerage firm he founded in 1973. This company specialized in retail investment property brokerage. A year later, he expanded the business by creating Novak Development Corporation, focusing on the development of retail properties.   

Leon is a native of Atlanta, where he and his wife raised their two daughters.  He enjoys playing golf, traveling and spending time with his three grandchildren.
