Logan Hixson joined Dimension Development Partners in 2019.  As Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, Logan is responsible for real estate acquisition and development for clients nationwide.   His success stems from his desire to exceed client expectations through extensive research, timeliness, and market knowledge. Logan is dedicated to building lasting relationships through exceptional service and by leveraging his experience in development, as well as small shop and outparcel leasing.  

Prior to joining the company, Logan was a Real Estate Manager for Hutton, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  He was responsible for site selection for various retail concepts, and overseeing single and multi-tenant developments. Logan worked with several national retail clients, including Aspen Dental, Five Guys, Hardee’s, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and Starbuck’s. He was involved with developments in Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

Before Logan’s career in real estate, he served in the military as a United States Army Ranger in the 75th Ranger Regiment.  During his time in the military, he went on four deployments to Afghanistan.  He attended several schools, such as Airborne School, Ranger Indoctrination Program, and Ranger School.

Logan lives in Chattanooga with his wife, Bethany, and three children.
