Susan Price joined Dimension Development Partners in January 2017 as a Development Assistant.  Her responsibilities include assisting with market research and project coordination, as well as providing administrative support to our Atlanta and Dallas offices. Susan has a vast knowledge of all working aspects of the development process with a strong attention to detail. 

Susan brings over twenty years of commercial real estate and construction administration experience to Dimension, ranging from contract preparation, preparation of site packaging materials for tenant committee approval, coordination of all due diligence phases of the development, construction bid process, and project close out manuals.  Prior to joining our team, she was the Southeast Regional Administrator of Real Estate & Construction for Rite Aid Corporation and the Development Coordinator for Commercial Investment & Development of Florida. 

Susan lives in Alpharetta, Georgia and has two daughters.
